Medicinal “Jelly Bush” Organic Honey with 20+ Active Sterility Rating
In swamps off Coastal Northern N.S.W and South East Queensland grows a small bush of the Leptospermum family. Honey from this bush is so thick and jelly like it cannot be extracted in the normal way. For many years this honey was left in the frame and fed back to the bees.
